Our solution
As part of the relaunch, we revamped the existing design and adapted it to current requirements. The focus was on clearer user guidance, a more modern design, and improved usability - both on the website itself and in the customer portal.
We specifically refined and expanded the functionality of the customer portal. Users can order products, make customizations, and access relevant documents there. The various features were structured to be intuitive and integrate seamlessly into the overall system.
The entire platform was also optimized for all devices to ensure a consistent user experience across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
